Salesforce & Business Process Consulting
ProcessWright, LLC brings experience on every side of a Salesforce implementation — as a user, a consultant, and a technical lead — to the operational problems your team lives with every day.
I've spent the better part of a decade inside the complexity that most consultants only see from the outside — working alongside hundreds of businesses through implementation, troubleshooting, automation, and adoption.
That experience shapes how I work: I get into the system, understand how it actually operates, and align it to the way your team works in practice. Whether the challenge is a broken process, a Salesforce org that has outgrown its setup, or a team that is not using the tools they have, I have been there, and I know how to get it running right.
Start a ConversationI dig until I find the real problem, not just the symptom. Every recommendation is grounded in understanding how your system actually behaves under load.
The right solution is the one that fits your operation cleanly and holds up over time, not the most technically impressive one.
My background includes leading support teams, conducting discovery, training end users, and building Salesforce solutions at scale. I know how these systems run from every angle.
What I Do
Audit your current workflows, surface bottlenecks, and build a clear improvement roadmap. With a background supporting hundreds of implementations, I identify what's slowing you down and design a path forward that your team can actually execute.
From Flow Builder automation to Permission Sets, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud configuration — I build and tune Salesforce solutions that eliminate manual work and help your team move faster. 7 certifications, real-world experience.
Great systems fall apart without adoption. I design durable process documentation, build training programs, and work alongside your team to ensure what gets built actually gets used — and keeps working over time.

Experience
I spent the first decade and a half of my career in sales and operations management, running multi-million dollar territories and teams across New England. That background matters because it is where I learned how businesses actually work, how decisions get made on the shop floor, and what it looks like when a process either holds a team together or quietly falls apart.
My transition into the Salesforce ecosystem started from the user side. As a Territory Sales Manager, I ran a full sales lifecycle in Salesforce daily, converting over a hundred businesses from legacy workflows to modern software. I was not configuring the CRM yet, I was living in it. That perspective shapes everything about how I approach implementation work today.
From there I moved into the consulting and technical side of the Salesforce world, first as a Solutions Specialist conducting discovery and building automation alongside developers and architects, then into a series of senior roles where I owned implementation strategy, technical enablement, and AI-assisted support tooling for a Salesforce-native product company. Along the way I earned seven Salesforce certifications and built training programs used by onboarding and customer success teams.
That arc produces a consultant who understands the problem from both sides. I know what bad adoption looks like, what happens when a stage model does not reflect the actual sales motion, and why a well-designed workflow sits unused six months after go-live. I have experienced all of it, and spent the last several years building the fixes.
How It Works
We talk through your current situation, challenges, and goals. No agenda, just an honest look at what is and is not working.
I get into your workflows, tools, and team to understand the full picture before touching anything.
You receive a clear scope of work, timeline, and pricing. No vague deliverables, no surprises after the fact.
We build, test, and refine together until it runs the way it should. Then we make sure it stays that way.
